Dr. Gilleon offers individual therapy for a wide range of presenting concerns. She works with individuals ages 18+.
Initial intake appointments are $250. Subsequent therapy sessions are $210 each.
Dr. Gilleon is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, PacificSource, Allegiance, and Cigna/Evernorth. If she is out-of-network with your insurer, she can provide you with documentation that you can submit for reimbursement. It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurer directly prior to your first session to confirm the details and any possible limitations of your coverage.
Sessions are typically 55 minutes long, and it is often recommended that they occur on a weekly basis. Participating in therapy regularly and consistently can significantly improve the impact of your work, and allows you and your therapist to reach even greater depths of exploration and change.
